SSSHARK HAT

I go in and out of being in a crafty mood and this past week I got my serious craft on. I made this little paper maché shark fin head piece/hat. I made it in honor of my friend Ellen who is obsessed with sharks and fashion (the cool kind).
I used a balloon, shredded newspaper, Styrofoam (for the fin), wheat glue, fabric, gesso, acrylic paint and a hair comb. The project was easy, but kinda messy and took several days .

Worthy is the Lamb

I'm hoping this blog will become an addition to my new website (coming soon) . It's mostly going to be photographs and maybe some other sweet things.

Worthy is the Lamb is part of a new series of images I've been working on since graduating. Hopefully by the end of this year I'll have the series completed and ready to show.
