I go in and out of being in a crafty mood and this past week I got my serious craft on. I made this little paper maché shark fin head piece/hat. I made it in honor of my friend Ellen who is obsessed with sharks and fashion (the cool kind).
I used a balloon, shredded newspaper, Styrofoam (for the fin), wheat glue, fabric, gesso, acrylic paint and a hair comb. The project was easy, but kinda messy and took several days .
